Login to Immigration Adviser Online Services
Licensed Immigration Advisers can use IAA Online to:
- Update your personal details, e.g. your addresses, email and phone numbers.
- Create and update your CPD plan and record.
- Renew your licence.
- View a summary of your licence history.
- Download and print copies of applications filed online.
- Download and print copies of invoices / receipts for payments made online.
To use IAA Online you need a RealMe login.
I’m already set up
Just click the blue ‘Login’ button on the right.
I have a RealMe login – I want to access IAA Online for the first time.
Most Advisers already use RealMe to access Immigration Online. You can use your existing RealMe login to access IAA Online. Click on the ‘Login’ button on the right and enter your username and password. Note that you can recover your RealMe username and / or password if you forget them. Click the ‘I forgot my username/password’ link. Please do not create another login!
To link your RealMe login to IAA Online you need your activation code, which is on the confirmation letter that came with your welcome pack. Telephone us if you can’t find it. Click here for our contact details.
I don’t have a RealMe login yet.
Click the RealMe Login button on the right and select ‘Create your RealMe login now’. Be sure to choose a user name and password that you can remember, as you will need these every time you login.
